Description

This is an Octagonal Barrel mounted on C I frame coupled with stout tie bars. It is rotatable, and is powered by a 1 H.P. Geared motor. The standard unit is of 20-kg capacity and has size of 432 mm x 558 mm x 545 mm depth. Other sizes are also available. Lining of the Barrel with Rubber, PVC or Wood can be done as per requirement.

These types of Barrels are used for plating small parts where standard Barrels are not possible, and Tanks are also not practical.

The Barrel is Octagonal in shape and of M.S. lined internally with rubber. It is rotatable and is fitted with a Geared Motor of A.C. Supply.

RAINDROPS WATER TECHNOLOGIES DM Plants are designed based on latest cost effective ion exchange technique of counter current regeneration. The units consist of two corrosion free pressure vessels internally connected in series. The first column containing Cation absorbing exchanger and second column charged with an anion absorbing exchanger. For certain types of highly acidic process such as Acid Copper and Acid Zinc, Filter Units having a Filter Chamber made of PVC or P. P. is often preferred. Generally a Sealless Pump is used, though a Mechanical Seal type Pump can also be provided.

Sartofine PP filter cartridges contain no pleated filter layers. For application purposes, they feature a 14 mm thick multilayer, consisting of 4 to 9 different filter zones. The number of zones depends on the type of cartridge. Each zone, made up of polypropylene filter layers is a homogeneous depth filter itself. The nominal retention rating of the respective filter zones becomes increasingly finer in the direction of filtration. Therefore Sartofine PP filters are ideally suited for all applications requirering exceptional high dirt holding capacities with added benefit of high total throughput. Applications: Whether in the bio-pharmaceutical or chemical industry, Sartofine PP filter cartridges are used wherever liquids with a wide range of particle sizes need to be prefiltered or clarified. You can choose from 7 different retention ratings (0.5 μm to 40 μm), depending on the size of the particles to be removed. This variety allows you to select the filter type which best suits your particular application. Efficiency: Particle removal by fractionated depth filtration ensures optimal use of the entire multilayer which results in a long service life of the filter. The filtration efficiency is enhanced by the filter cake that can be build up within the depths of each filter zone. This filter cake allows colloids to be retained in the finer filter zones. Mechanical Stability: Sartofine PP filter cartridges have been designed for daily routine use. Our special production method of wrapping the filter layers tightly around the supportive core of the cartridge provides high mechanical stability and eliminates the common problem of breakthrough right from the start. The thermally bonded exterior layer and our special welding technique for joining filter layers and end caps allow you to easily backflush the cartridges during cleaning at a pressure up to 3 bar (44 psi). The turbine blower is a non-positive displacement, high volume, high pressure, blower that can operate as either a compressor or a vaccum pump. It is also knows as other names such as regenerative blower, vortex blower and side channel blower. All of the names describe the basic principle of operation of the turbine blower.

The blower consist of a strong impeller mounted directly on a motor shaft and is rotated at very high speed of about 2900 R.P.M. On the periphery of the impeller is large number of radial blades. The impeller is positioned between two end plates and with the blades located with a channel on either side.

The turbine blower is also known as an ineffective multi stage compressor with each of the regeneration of the air becoming another stage.

The basic construction of a turbine blower means that the only moving part is the impeller and nothing else touches except bearings. The method of compression means that there is now requirement for lubrication and on the compression chamber. The discharge of air is oil-less. The blowers should be mounted vertically or horizontally

Ultrasonic Cleaning System Power at high frequency-normally 30Khz (also available in range 23 Khz to 40Khz) is fed to piezo electric transducers (PZT). The electrical power is converted to mechanical vibrations by these PZT. The transducers are bonded to the bottom (or on sides in some applications) of the SS tank containing cleaning solutions. The mechanical vibrations are transferred to the liquid through the tank surface, creating microscopic bubbles - known as cavities in the liquid, which implode with high pressure forming brushing effect on the surface of the components to be cleaned. As a result the contamination is removed. These cavities being microscopic can reach inaccessible crevices, holes in the components where manual cleaning with brush is impossible. The cleaning agent normally dissolves the contamination leaving only the sediment that is not dissolved. Single stage ultrasonic cleaning system is useful with Neutral, Alkaline liquid or mildly Acidic solution.
